FFKM O-ring is the best among O-rings. Formed with more than 3 fluro-rubber polymerization. All hygrogen units can be replaced by flourine particles. It is highly resistant to high temperature and adapt to chemical and other soluble surroundings.

 

Its chemical resistance is similar to PTEE and its mechanical nature is very close to Tetrafluoroethylene rubber which is a high end rubber. It is not affected by any fluid including fats, Aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ethers, ketones, oils, lubricants and acids. Some halides and strong oxidizing acids can cause the effect of material swelling. Temperature tolerance is 260℃至290℃ with occasional ability of upto 316℃. Ozone and weather and flame resistance are excellent, anti-radiation can still be used for high vacuum materials
