1975.10 Founded in Taichung, Taiwan.

1980.05 Received the “Level A CNS Mark” award by the Central Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection (BSMI).

1983.10 Starting the V-belt & Fan belt making-plant export, & recorded as outstanding importer-exporter by the MOEA of Taiwan.

1984.08 Kaohsiung Business Office was established.

1992.05 Sino - foreign joint ventures "Changshu Elephant Company” was established.

1994.10 Established branch factory “Shanghai Shaxiang Rubber Company” in Shanghai City, China.

1998.09 ISO-9000 quality system certification by the certification.

2002.10 Pass the new version of the ISO-9001/2000 certification.

2004.03 Successful development of Poly V-belts.

2005.12 Obtained ISO-14001/2004 certification.

2007.06 China plant expansion, moved from Shanghai to Kunshan Lu Jia Industrial Zone.

2008.06 Awarded the SBIR grant from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for Small Business Innovation R & D Program. Contract No. 9700075128-109.

2012.03 The founder of the company retired. The second generation inherited and the company plans to go into automated production.

The main products is V-belt, Automotive fan belts, Banded V-Belt, Washing machine belt, Poly-V Belts, other rubber products and Whole plant machinery & technology output.

Domestic Market
We have established direct sales departments in major cities in Taiwan, such as Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung. Our marketing networks go deep into factories and the Hardware Store. Foreign Market
The export market is distributed to all continents of the world, such as North America, South America, Europe, North Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia. Our products are actively sold to developing countries and specifications are in line with international standards.
