Founded in 1980, Jia-Yang Inc. has been a professional plastic mold development and plastic injection molding processing manufacturer and we earned a good reputation among our customers. SkiSea Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 as a subsidiary of Jia-Yang Inc., which provides comprehensive services including product development, product design, industrial design services, etc. We have our own factory and we offer a one-stop solution from design, development, mold opening, production to testing. Appearance Design, Product Design

We usually use “Scenario Analysis” method to create our product concept, it is “a human-centered path to innovation” centered around “empathy for the people we’re trying to design for.” We use our sense of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch to understand their needs, thoughts, emotions and motivations.  We see world from users’ point of view and trying to see their aspirations, wishes, concerns and frustrations.

Functional & Mechanical Design

First of all, we build prototype by using 3D printing, CNC process, painting & finishing to make it looks like a production level product.  This prototype can bring product to life for the first time and test it in its market.

The design process including electronic and machine components validation, structural design, demoulding test, interference checking, mechanical material selection and tesing, surface treatment selection and tesing, simulation analysis, cost estimate

Mold Design

We offer a variety of molds such as plastic injection mold, rubber mold, die casting mold, stamping mold, dewaxing casting and we require all production processes to be based on the principle of environment friendly, “ low pollution “ and “ energy saving”.
