SFI is established in 2000, engaged in the development and sales of overvoltage protection devices. SFI also is TS16949 certification company. At beginning the main product is multilayer ceramic products. Now SFI has developed series of surge/ESD protection components with various size to apply in fields of mobile phone, telecom, Industrial , Led Lighting, automotive field. SFI also has strong R&D team to develop high technology overvotlage protection components. SFI continual have new technology to research and develop the high performance protection components with SMD type and better performance to suppress the surge and load dump and circuit protection. We also get approved by several international companies. The main performance of our series is equivalent to international company even better than current level. New develop series all have higher performance than competitor.
In additional to SFI involved the overvoltage products with semi-conductor process and utilized innovation package technology to produce TVS series which the electric function is better than the current TVS in the market. We have several new technology The ESD ability is up to 30KV above, the lowest leakage current and lead free completely.
