The amount of impurity in our copper sulphate is minimized and strictly controlled. Many other manufacturers claim to have technical grade copper sulphate with high impurity, but it often contains only 24% copper and more than 100 ppm impurity. Our electronic grade and technical grade copper sulphate have extremely low impurity, always lower than 20 ppm and 100 ppm for each.
Copper (II) sulphate, also known as cupric sulphate or copper sulphate, with chemical formula CuSO4. The anhydrous form is a pale green or gray-white powder, whereas the pentahydrate (CuSO4•5H2O), the most commonly bright blue in color. So, other names for copper (II) sulphate are "blue vitriol" and "bluestone".
Application
Copper sulphate pentahydrate, in a copper salts form, is widely used in many industries.
In agriculture: herbicide, fungicide, wood preservative, etc.
In chemistry or electroplating industry: as glass colorant, mining, dyeing, organic synthetic reagent, leather, textile, etc.
