Compared with other applications, aluminum extruded products which are used for cars have higher requirements for safety, therefore, 6082 aluminum round rods with the best strength, corrosion resistance, and mechanical processing performance have been the most suitable raw materials.

After the raw materials are extruded, they must also pass a series of tests, including etch test, hardness test, tensile test, drift test / conical expansion test, etc.. and IATF16949 certification for automotive products is also required.

In response to these requirements, we use 6082 aluminum raw materials from major international manufacturers such as HYDRO Aluminum, and configures Webster Hardness Tester and Rockwell Hardness Tester to complete the hardness test. We also configure a universal material testing machine to complete tensile testing and damage testing.

In November 2017, our company has passed IATF16949 certification.

In addition to being used as automotive parts, aluminum extrusion is also very suitable for bicycle parts. In particular, 6061 aluminum alloy has a medium-strength structure, excellent corrosion resistance, good processability, and weldability, so it is most commonly used as a raw material for bicycle accessories.

We will formulate the corresponding mold according to the customer's drawing requirements, and then extrude the aluminum alloy raw materials in the extruder at high temperature, and then perform cutting, grinding and surface treatment after cooling.

In addition, hardness test, tensile test, damage test and other tests can also be performed according to customer requirements, and test reports are provided.
