Aluminum extrusions are widely used in the furniture industry. Common uses include table legs, chair legs, rails, and fasteners.

The most commonly used aluminum alloy material in this industry is 6063 aluminum alloy. In addition, it is often considered in consideration of specific conditions to choose 6005 or 6463 aluminum alloy with better corrosion resistance.

We extrude aluminum alloy raw materials through high-temperature extrusion molding by the extruder and then perform the aging treatment after cooling to ensure the physical properties such as the hardness, strength, and toughness of the finished aluminum extrusion. According to customer requirements, surface treatment processes such as anode treatment can also be applied to aluminum extrusion materials for further improving their wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

In addition, hardness test, tensile test, damage test and other tests can also be performed according to customer requirements, and test reports are provided.

In addition to system furniture and decoration hardware, aluminum extrusion materials are also commonly used to make aluminum ladders, such as aluminum ladder pedals and aluminum ladder frames. Generally speaking, 6063 aluminum alloy can meet the requirements of aluminum ladder on the strength and corrosion resistance of raw materials.
