Currently, we have various types of measurement equipment to measure and read the precision tolerance of machining parts in house, that’s including

• Laser scanner (Hommel brand in Germany & Keyence in Japan)
• 2.5D optical scanner
• Air Gauge
• Bore Gauge
• Drop gauge
• Micrometer / Caliper (Mitsutoyo Japan)

We believe that good and complete instruments are important, and we comply with the calibration plan to make sure that everything is on the right track.

The high speed and heavy torque spindle machine are very suitable to make casting and forging parts, Meanwhile, it also needs a perfect fixture design, we are lucky, we have the best team to do this.

We also have the high precision gang type CNC lathe with linear scale to accuracy at 0.01um, which is capable to turn the hardened workpiece with hardness over HRC 52 degrees after the Heat treatment process.

The automatic CMM is a piece of necessary equipment for complex shape workpiece, it’s specialized in geometric tolerance measured, its correct measuring result helps us to adjust the CNC program quickly.

We can build the customized automation equipment with 100% inspection process.

It ensures that the measurement behavior is synchronized with the production behavior, to ensure the overall pulsation for production flow is consistent.
Re hong is keeping hard working to make sure all the workpiece is good, continue to improve our process and decrease quality cost.

In order to decrease compensation for quality issue, we believe that it would be much better if we have done all efforts in a house before delivery.
