Once appointed as our preferred supplier, you will be invited to complete a comprehensive survey detailing your product features, applicable industries, target end users, and priority export markets.

Our experienced team will then analyze, segment, and categorize your products, and conduct targeted searches within our database of over 135,000 verified member importers to identify the most suitable and industry-aligned prospects.

STEP 2 – Webpage Construction

Create a dedicated product webpage for your company and publish it on our association’s official website for our member importers to access and review.

STEP 3 – Professional Company Introduction

A professionally crafted referral email will be prepared to introduce your company and products, clearly presenting your value proposition along with complete contact details.

STEP 4 – Targeted Outreach & Follow-Up

The referral email will be sent to selected member importers, followed by a structured follow-up email after 10 days to maximize response rates.

STEP 5 – Response Handling & Communication Support

All importer responses will be forwarded to you immediately for prompt follow-up. Where necessary, we will also assist with ongoing communication to help facilitate meaningful discussions.

STEP 6 – Communication Recovery Support

In the event of a communication lapse between you and an importer, we will proactively assist by following up via email or phone to identify the cause and help re-establish contact.

STEP 7 – Monthly Progress Report

A monthly progress report consisting of companies and countries referred for your reference at end of each month.
